A few days ago, I posted about a permanent block I experienced from Vinted 5 days ago…
After harassing Vinted with messages explaining the arbitrary blocking of my account, more than 10 emails a day to numerous addresses. I was unblocked today and even received an apology!!!
So don’t give up! Everything is possible if you want to get your account back.
So I wrote to: Vinted, legal, dpo, privacysupport, all followed by @vinted.fr
Also, prioritize messages directly in your account’s messaging system (normally accessible).
And I wrote to three other addresses that I found here (supposedly addresses of people working at Vinted). I’ll give you the three names in the next message
For the general emails I gave in the previous message: Insist… provide proof, confront them with their arbitrary decision, and also use « pathos »… Give it your all. And insist on the emails, I think you need to pester them!
And for the 3 emails above, make them into one but phrase it well, make it complete, even in French, they translate it themselves.
Congratulations pow38, you did well to persevere, it paid off!!! I’ve been in the same situation since yesterday. I’ve already sent a few messages and got a response in the Vinted messaging system. The person told me to appeal by filing a complaint. Do you think I should trigger it or keep sending emails to the addresses you gave? I haven’t done it yet for « sjuul.berden @ vinted.com » for example.
Same problem here! Account banned without reason, explanation, or prior warning. I still have €230 outstanding to recover. Over 250 sales / 200 5-star reviews and over 200 listings online…
I first sent an email to legal@vinted.com and legal@vinted.fr and replied in the messaging system. I will wait a bit and, if necessary, I will send an email to all the email addresses present here.
