Account blocked after selling an In Extenso sweater!

Hello

I put a sweater up for sale and the ad was removed without me understanding why, then my account was permanently blocked and I don’t know why either.

I sent a request for an explanation via the appeal on Vinted, an automatic response telling me to wait 48 hours and it has now been 5 days with no response. So I don’t know what to do, since it is stated that if we send appeals again it slows down the response…

Do you have any idea what I can do?

hello, what type of sweater have you put on sale (model, condition, origin)

It was a sweater from the brand in extenso (Auchan) for 4 or 5 euros made of acrylic, indicated as being in very good condition!

Hello - Perhaps due to the poor quality of the photo. The camera’s shadow can be mistaken for a large spot if the AI decides so. Just move around the object to avoid shadows.

This is not the photo I put on the listing, it’s the one I sent to Vinted to make a claim. The one on the listing was perfect.

Their algorithm is really broken! It’s another intern developer who did whatever.

I sent an appeal (see screenshots), waited a few days, then followed up saying I still hadn’t received a response after 5 days, and the response told me to wait longer.
And after 9/10 days, finally a message telling me it was a mistake and apologies (all in English, because I had agreed to it to speed things up)
So there you go
