I had decided to create a personal account while already having a professional account, and it lasted a week.
The first message told me my account was permanently blocked for fraudulent activity. I appealed, and a week later, they confirmed the decision, stating that I had sold a counterfeit item, which is obviously false, and I don’t even know which listing it concerns.
This site is a real joke; it’s scary to be a professional with such clowns in charge.
It’s not the end of the world, as I still have my main account, but it’s especially unjustified. Do you know what I can do to try and get the account back?
I have already sent an email to the Vinted employee address that supposedly unblocks accounts.
