My Vinted account is blocked!!
A few weeks ago, I created a personal Vinted account to transition it to a professional one, knowing that I already had a personal account on Vinted.
When I wanted to switch the second account to PRO, I realized that my micro-enterprise information was not public, therefore inaccessible by Vinted.
In the meantime, I made the information public and still made a few sales on the account while waiting to resolve this issue.
This morning, I received a notification from Vinted asking me to verify my identity, which I did. A few minutes later, I noticed that my account was blocked for the following reason: it is forbidden to create multiple accounts on Vinted. If you create new accounts, we will be forced to block them.
I still sent a message to Vinted support explaining the situation to help them decide on my case and unblock my account so that I can continue creating the pro account.
