Package received by mistake

Hello,

I received a Vinted package via Chronopost.
I received the notification by email and not through the site.
Since I was expecting a package, I didn’t suspect anything.
However, the package belongs to someone else. The carrier asked me to deal with Vinted, but they… they don’t understand anything.
No matter how much I explain in detail, they respond irrelevantly, even with screenshots.
I’m just bothered because the person won’t receive their package and I don’t know what to do.
If you have any ideas, that would be great.

The lady at the relay point refused to take it.

It’s normal. She doesn’t have a return label.

This looks very much like a mislabeling by the seller.
This happened to me, and I was able to correct the problem thanks to two very understanding buyers. But it was long and complicated. I (obviously) paid the extra shipping costs out of my own pocket, since the error was on my part.
