Hello. I sent a package but the person who received it tells me it’s not the right item. She sent me a photo. It’s not my item, and not my packaging either. When I compare the shipping labels, the one on her package is the same as the one I had. So there’s a duplicate. Vinted generated the same QR code for 2 different people and the packages must have been swapped. What should I do? Has anyone had the same problem?
Thank you.
Hello!
Welcome to the forum!
Or there was an inversion error/open package. Which carrier is concerned?
It’s with Vinted go. Oh yes, could someone have taken my package and my label and sent it with something else inside ![]()
Hello, I have exactly the same problem with Mondial Relay, the buyer received, this Saturday, an item that I don’t know! I called Mondial Relay who asked me to contact VINTED, and Vinted who told me that they were waiting for the buyer’s confirmation of what I am saying and to ask her for proof! I am waiting for their response.
I haven’t seen the label on the package received by the buyer, I asked her for a photo but she hasn’t sent it to me, I assume she will forward it to Vinted!
Exactly
In this case, open a Vinted dispute and provide as much information as possible. If you took a photo of your package before shipping, attach it to the exchange.
The buyer sent me everything so I relayed it all to Vinted and the buyer also has to make a claim but I don’t know if it will be successful. I feel like they are asking for more and more information that we don’t have, for example transaction number… Now, indeed, I will take a photo of my package before sending it, inside and out.
Just in case, did you receive a romper?
The one I sent must be lost somewhere
my buyer received men’s trousers instead
Last night, I received a message from the buyer: « The problem is finally resolved, the pickup point manager had swapped the packages… »
She retrieved her actual package and returned the incorrectly received package to the pickup point.
I don’t know what to think, the vintie only has good reviews, my item was €4!
In any case, everything is back to normal, she canceled the dispute and left a review.
Good for you! It seems complicated to me, they still haven’t understood that 2 different people had the same label with the same tracking number. They are suggesting the buyer return the package, but where will it end up, and it’s not even mine. I’m despairing.
