Hello everyone,
I shipped a package on June 3rd via Mondial Relay (Vinted shipping label) containing 5 items, for a total value of €85.
The tracking stopped on June 8th, and the buyer was refunded on July 8th.
Vinted then asked me to wait 25 working days before closing the case, a deadline which ends today.
Reading their terms and conditions, I see that Mondial Relay compensation is limited to €25 per lost package.
Does this mean that even with multiple items and a higher total value, I will only be reimbursed €25?
And to avoid this kind of loss, do you take special precautions above a certain amount?
