Hello, a customer was unable to retrieve her package because it was stuck in the Vinted go locker. She reported it to Vinted, who validated the sale anyway after 48 hours. I was paid, but she doesn’t have her package. She’s a regular, really lovely, and fair customer. I feel very bad for her. Has this happened to you before? Do you have any advice for her?
