🦾 Automate shipping slips, post-sale messages, and reviews

Clemz gains several new features!

If your extension is version 1.24.1 (how to update), you can link sales synchronization to several new automations:

  • :package:Generation of slips at the time of synchronization (no need to do it yourself anymore)

  • :speech_balloon:Sending an automatic message when a sale is made (« thank you for your purchase! I’m sending the package very quickly »)

  • :left_speech_bubble:Sending an automatic message when the sale is finalized (« remember to rate me » / « feel free to come back, I’ll give you -5% »)

  • Sending a 5:star: rating to the buyer (for your visibility + getting a good rating in return)

The feature is new, so it is beta-testing.
You can activate the automations you want in your sales settings

The documentation explains everything: 💲Synchroniser ses ventes - Clemz

Let us know if everything is working correctly for you

Wow! That’s all great! Thank you! It’s going to take me some time to get used to it and test it. Please don’t be upset if I’m slow to get back to you.

This is great news, is it possible to also add automatic responses to our own reviews (those that our buyers leave on our profile after checkout)? Automatic Vinted review messages and replies to customer reviews? That would be really cool.

Oh, I hadn’t thought of that! I’ll note the idea

Ah yes, very good idea!

First automatic review added after 1 completed sale, it works very well, frankly well done!!

I second that. Excellent progress for ergonomics. Immediate time saving.

Hello, quick question: how long does it take for messages to send?

And in the same spirit, but I’m almost embarrassed to ask given the big addition that has just been made available, an automatic refusal of offers below a certain level (e.g., more than 20%), with the little message that goes with it…?

It’s riskier to touch the messaging.

Minor bug: automatic label creation does not work with Colissimo, as there is an intermediate screen during label generation, a screen that asks to choose between « send from your mailbox » or « from a post office ».

Hello,

Welcome to the forum!

At each synchronization of sales via Clemz

It’s on the list of ideas, but other new features will be available first :slightly_smiling_face:

And regarding Colissimo, yes indeed Clemz cannot choose for you, it is the only carrier that Clemz does not have control over.

Minor bug: Two successive synchronizations are required for slip generation and sending of the thank-you message.

I was very careful with the last sale. The first sync adds the sale to Clemz / sales tracking, but the slip is in « to be created » status. Relaunching a sync generates the said slip and sends the message on Vinted.

I imagine that having to repeat the sync is not intentional, is it?

So I’m asking the question because I don’t want to make a mistake while testing: can it be configured so that synchronization doesn’t do exactly the same thing on both accounts?

Basically, I would like invoices to be sent only for the pro account, not the personal one. Because that’s a good way to end up with reports. So for now I am not using the sync (and therefore the slips) on the personal account.

I have exactly the same issue.
I also have to check the ratings.
Edit: I had doubts about the ratings and it’s the same thing, it takes a double sync.

Something may have changed: on my last sale, a single sync was enough.

It works from the first sync here (Chrome)

Invoices are only issued for Vinted PRO accounts. Personal accounts cannot have an invoice because we do not have the buyer’s details (first name/last name/address).
So for me, no risk on that side.

Indeed, that is not normal… I’ll look into it. Several people confirm to me that it often works from the first sync but « often » must become "systematically
