Hello, I sold an item. The automatically generated shipping label mentions a weight that is much too low compared to the actual weight. How can I modify the label once the items are sold?
Don’t worry, it’s not a problem, Vinted covers it (at the same time, they’re the ones who set the maximum weights too low)
If it’s a Colissimo, it could be a problem.
I was refused pickup at the post office for a package that was too heavy for the label…
I refuse Colissimo now.
For other shipping methods, I’ve never had a problem 
I’ve just sent several 7kg packages without any issues (a buyer wanted a large quantity of an item). However, I don’t drop them off at the post office but at a pickup point (a bar downstairs from my place), and they don’t care, so they go without any problems.
