Lots of missing Vinted Go packages

Continuing the story… The number of lost packages this summer was really very high.

Fortunately, Vinted compensated the customers and compensated me as well.
BUT UNFORTUNATELY, today my account has been permanently banned because of this (I imagine, given the banning message).

We have noticed recurring activity on this account, strongly suggesting an abuse of our delivery features.

As this is contrary to our General Terms and Conditions, we have had to permanently ban this Vinted account.

This measure is necessary to prevent further abuse and maintain the same quality of service for all our members.

Please note that creating multiple accounts is contrary to our General Terms and Conditions; any additional accounts will therefore be deleted.

I have just submitted an appeal with proof of deposit (I film the shipments). But the appeal was refused and the decision upheld…

I have just sent a message to legal@vinted.com

I am a professional seller and I do not violate their T&Cs. Any other solution ideas?
