Banned from Vinted / Use an old account?

Hello everyone! :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m turning to you because I’m in a difficult situation with Vinted.

My main account has been permanently suspended.

After several years of good and loyal service and hundreds of five-star reviews, I unfortunately sold a product that did not comply with their rules.

I’ve tried several appeals, explaining my personal situation – a 3-year-old child and a tight budget – but Vinted remains firm.

My main question is: can I reuse an old account that I created several years ago but wasn’t using?

When I tried to log back into my phone with this account, Vinted asked for a phone number to verify my identity.

Can I simply buy a new SIM card and use that number?

Can I use the number of a friend who doesn’t have Vinted and doesn’t want to sign up?

Or will Vinted still detect that I’m the same person and block this account too?

Do I need to change my phone or reset my device to avoid any link to my old account?

I’m having a problem with the view requests, the favorites are working well but few views since yesterday.

I also have ads that are deleted with each republishing.
