What is the Clemz.app backup for?

Hello, I have several questions for which I can’t find answers.

To start, what is the purpose of saving these listings in Clemz?

Because in my case, I do a lot of listings and sales, and I end up with an astronomical amount saved, knowing that sold items are not automatically deleted.

2nd question: I regularly experience bugs when using Clemz:

  • Regularly my listings are detected as duplicates, and therefore Vinted deletes them (risk of being banned) + I no longer have the listing on my profile at all, and I don’t see how to put it back online with the saved ones without redoing everything manually..

  • Favorites and views don’t work every time (yet they are indeed saved in Clemz and registered 100%)

And last question, I’m on the subscription with 3000 refreshes per month, but why is it possible to get views and favorites on only 40/50 per day? Because as a result, I assume that refreshing without using this feature becomes almost useless?

Regarding saved listings:

  1. You can remove them from the save.
  2. This save is precisely for putting back listings Vinted removed for being (falsely) duplicated: you find the listing in the save, you put it in your relisting queue, and finally, you relist it.

I must really not be good at this because when I select an item the only possible action is to delete it

  • go to « my backup »

  • click on « launch selection »

  • a purple box appears that you can check to select

  • choose the list to which you want to add the selection and add it

    And voilà!

    As long as you haven’t clicked on « launch selection », you can only delete

I was missing the « show extension » step which was blocking me, thanks, one problem solved already :slight_smile:

« Sold » items can be automatically displayed as sold when you sync your sales with Clemz.

Regarding duplicates and favorites/views, we cannot provide an accurate answer on the forum. Could you please contact us by email?
