For a month now, I have had a systematic verification every time I list an item. In my case, the verification always takes 48 hours to be validated.
I have contacted Vinted several times, and they then validate the current listing, but it happens again as soon as I list a new item.
I would like to point out that I respect Vinted’s rules and do not sell luxury brands, which are often verified. I understand that checks are necessary, but this is happening with all my items, basic vintage ones.
I saw on this site that one can request account data to see if there are any malicious reports. I am waiting for the response.
Have you ever encountered this problem, and do you know what is causing it? Thank you for your help.
I received my data report and see no reports. I contacted the support service and legal@vinted.fr who are giving me irrelevant answers, saying that the listings are checked, that’s the rule… which I understand, but all (and not one from time to time) of the listings I have put online for a month only appear after two days (and not 30 minutes as sometimes happened). I think their detection/verification system is not really up to par and I will look towards an alternative site.
That’s very likely indeed! The last quarter of the year, current events, reseller « promotions »… all of this has an impact on the entire platform and its online launches.
Hello everyone!! For my part, all my items have been under review for 3 days, it’s the first time this has happened to me… I’ve been a member for a long time, with only positive reviews (+500) and I only sell clothes, books… nothing from major brands… But what I don’t understand is that, even though everything is under review, members can see my items, they can favorite them, make an offer but cannot buy… a lady sent me a photo where she sees all my items marked « hidden », I contacted support but no response. 3 days is a long time though
