Since the beginning of the week, my ads have been taking 24 hours or more to validate, and I no longer have favorites or views. I am worried because this is the first time this has happened to me.
Am I the only one, or do you know if there is a bug?

Generally, when validation takes time, it’s when it concerns branded items…
And regarding the issue of 0 views, if it’s posted during peak traffic hours, it’s worrying, and as many have observed, « if you use Clemz, » it’s possible that upon republishing without modification, your ad won’t be put back at the top or it might be « Shadowbanned. »

Do you have a « processing » banner on the ad? This does happen from time to time. Last week there was a major bug regarding this, between Sunday and Monday.

Thank you for your answers. Yes, I have a black banner « Verification in progress » even for the listings I modify (price). The listings remain blocked for a minimum of 24 hours. I have also noticed that I no longer have any favorites, nor offers since 4/5, and no sales, which is difficult as this is my professional activity.
I don’t understand why, I haven’t had any warnings.
Have you looked at your reports from other members? there might be something to investigate on that side.

So I don’t know how to unblock the situation, but maybe you were reported by someone and that has an impact on your dressing.
You can look in Settings > Privacy Settings > Manage Account Data.
You will receive an email within a few hours with a file to download. You should look in « alert_by-other_members » or a name quite similar to it.

I have exactly the same problem!
My last sale was on 09/07 and since then it’s been a total collapse! Very few views and favorites even though I’m publishing new items, I’m modifying old ones and when I republish I do it manually with new text and photos… but nothing changes, whereas in August, when I was on vacation and only sent a message to my favorites to inform them of my absence, I had views and favorites every day… for me, it’s since the change of the terms and conditions on 09/08, something clearly happened but I can’t figure out what exactly and it’s very frustrating 
Hi everyone, I have a similar problem with a listing that is more than 6 months old. I deleted it and recreated it with new photos, a new description, a new price, etc. I have had the « under verification » banner for several hours. This is the first time this has happened to me!!
