Micro ban for activity that may violate the rules

Hello, I’ve had this problem for almost a week now, and my account is becoming almost unusable:

The problem is that my verification lasts 10 minutes, and once it’s finished and I want to send a message to someone again, a new verification starts again, so I can’t do anything during this time. I then downloaded my Vinted data because perhaps it could be due to reports from certain people. And indeed, some people have had fun reporting me to bother me, and also because they tried to « refund » me but they didn’t succeed, and I won the dispute. I then contacted Vinted and told them that these reports were false. But they tell me that the problem is resolved and that I can use my account again, which is not at all the case!
