Hello, a few days ago I sold a pair of shoes on Vinted for €650. A few hours later, I wanted to transfer the money to my account, but the platform asked me to verify my identity. I uploaded my ID, but it was rejected. Then I uploaded my driver’s license, and that was also rejected. It’s been 2 months with no solution. I have contacted customer service via the website over 100 times with no response. I would like to know what the procedure is in this case. Thank you.
