Dispute ongoing: seller did not retrieve package

After ordering 3 items, I realized that one of the items was not the correct one. After speaking with the seller, she paid for the return shipping. Problem is, she never picked up the package. It was therefore returned to me. I don’t know what to do… what do you recommend I do?

You can go get it and send them a message to let them know, asking them to make themselves known so you can return it.
Otherwise, it risks making another round trip, it seems to me :sweat_smile:
