Hello, I’m away from home and I’ve picked up a package to return to a dishonest seller (polite version for not saying scammer) but I don’t have a printer to print the slip via Mondial Relay. Is there another option than going to the tobacconist to ask for the slip to be printed as a PDF?
I tested it only once with QR. It was the first and the last time. I dropped the package in the locker. It was never registered.

Leboncoin provides a QR code to send the package without a waybill, but Vinted doesn’t. You can ask at the tobacco shop, and if they refuse, you can print sheets for a few cents in most supermarkets/shopping centers (near the photo booths).
If you have the Mondial Relay app. As soon as you click on « download shipping label » on Vinted or Leboncoin, it sends the QR code to the app. And you just have to scan it at the physical relay point; they print the label and stick it on your package. Or at a locker, you scan the QR code. It opens a locker, and you put your package in the locker without a label!!! As of today, it works well.
