I would like to make a purchase, 2 small toys for my daughter. However, I cannot select a pickup point. Usually it’s automatic, but the platform says it can’t find any. I change my postal code, same thing. So I ask the seller if it could be due to an option specific to her account. She doesn’t want to put it back in a pickup point…? No. Except that I’m stuck, I’m being forced to pay 10 euros for home delivery by UPS.

How can I do this? Please.
