I’m having an issue with pickup points on Vinted and I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced this or if someone has a solution.
Vinted no longer shows me any pickup points near my home, whether it’s Mondial Relay, Relais Pickup, or any other carrier. Instead, I only see pickup points very far away. I’ve tested several zip codes around my home: nothing changes. I’ve contacted Vinted support 3 times: they tell me they can’t do anything. The pickup points I usually use are, however, active and open.
Even when I ask the seller to enable all possible pickup points, I get exactly the same result: Vinted only shows me pickup points across town, or even in surrounding towns!
Frankly, it’s a big hassle, especially since I wanted to do my Christmas shopping…
And when you don’t have a car, going to pick up a package that far away is simply impossible.
The most frustrating thing is that Vinted support can’t find any solution.
Has anyone else had the same problem recently? Is there a trick to get the nearby pickup points back in the list?
Thank you for your testimony, I agree with you. I have already tried to contact VINTED, they tell me they can’t do anything. Same on the application, it’s the same. You have to threaten them with the French DDRCCRF (Directorate for Fraud and Competition) because they don’t have the right to do that. I spoke to someone who told me he was in LATVIA and that they don’t pay taxes in France, it’s shameful. They take advantage of privileges. I am the same as you, I have no one to drive me and I have health problems due to a stroke. The few Vinted Go pickup points that are open are full.
Hello, same problem for me since January in Haute-Savoie, Vinted no longer offers relay points or Mondial Relay or very rarely and very far away, I only have Chronopost so more expensive, on the other hand no problem with Leboncoin so it’s a problem with Vinted… and I no longer trust Vinted Go relays, I lost 2 items by using this shipping method and apparently I am far from being the only one… so I am giving up Vinted for the moment and returning to Leboncoin since they don’t seem in a hurry to solve these problems…
