After posting an ad for a wrist brace, it was automatically removed by moderation… even though several strictly identical ads were calmly online.
I did receive a notification explaining possible reasons for removal, but none of the cases mentioned seemed to apply to my ad. Mystery and wrist braces
So I’m wondering: have some sellers discovered the ninja mode that allows them to bypass Vinted’s moderation rules? Or is there a secret brotherhood of clandestine brace sellers?
As for asking support for a clearer explanation… radio silence. My message seems to have been immobilized too.
This happens often on Vinted. The automatic moderation is sometimes totally inconsistent: one listing is instantly removed while 20 identical ones remain online without any issue
For braces, splints, or slightly “medical” products, the algorithm seems quite sensitive depending on the keywords, photos, or even the category chosen.
And on the support side… the responses often remain very vague, unfortunately.

You really have to be careful with the words used for the Title and the Description… and the photos
It has happened to me several times that my listings were removed, with them telling me for example that I had used copyrighted photos when I had taken the photos myself
since then, I don’t bother anymore, I take them crookedly (I’m kidding )
