I wish to report several issues encountered recently on Vinted. Listings have been removed for « duplicate » when they are in fact distinct items, with different photos and descriptions. The decision appears to stem from entirely automated moderation, without actual verification, accompanied by a warning message threatening account blocking even though no rules have been broken. In addition, there are technical malfunctions during uploading, with error messages and connection losses preventing normal processing of listings. The screenshots clearly show these problems and the impossibility of obtaining fair recourse.
Am I the only one experiencing these malfunctions?
I cannot respond regarding Vinted moderation, but I can help with Clemz: yes, there is indeed an intermittent bug that has been occurring since the beginning of the weekend. We are aware of it and are doing what is necessary to try and resolve it quickly.
