Hello everyone

I posted 3 listings, three different necklaces with a heart pendant.

I received 3 automatic messages from Vinted saying that a duplicate was automatically detected. This famous detector implied that I posted the same item 3 times. I don’t see the reason but whatever! I am furious. I can’t delete these three messages that infuriate me every time I see them. What should I do?

Hello,
These messages remain visible for 6 months, these are Vinted’s rules. Unfortunately, you will not be able to delete them before this imposed period.
Duplicates are prohibited by Vinted. You can, for example, indicate in your listing the number of identical items available, and re-create the listing each time there is a sale.

They were not identical items.

So the bot thought they were the same. Or you were reported (although I highly doubt it). Vinted bugs are legion!

Hello!

If these are not identical items:

  • You can insist with Vinted by saying they are not duplicates.
  • Otherwise, you can also modify your photos (with text, a sticker, a frame, or cropping, for example) so that the detection robot does not identify these items as duplicates.

Hello, when you want to sell similar items, you just need to try to take photos of each item completely differently, with another background image for example, and the same for the text, use a different description so that the robot does not assimilate it to the same sale.
