I recently noticed that I’ve been shadow banned on Vinted.
Observations
• I re-publish my listings by regularly changing a pivot, cropping them, and placing my logo in different spots.
• On my account, I see my listings when I search for them.
• When searching from another phone and a different account, my listings are completely invisible, even when using precise filters (size, color, brand, newest/relevant).
• Even when copying the exact title of my listing word for word, it doesn’t appear.
• A Clemz user searched for my listings and found them, but they are not highlighted.
Current Situation
• I have over 1000 items posted, which I re-publish daily.
• I also post new items every week.
• Even my new listings, freshly published and not yet re-published, are invisible to an account that doesn’t use Clemz.
• My number of views and favorites is extremely low despite my volume of publications.
Questions
1. Is there a precise way to know if one is shadow banned?
2. How can I remove it?
3. Why does even a user who doesn’t use Clemz not see any of my listings, including new ones published just now?
4. How can I get out of this situation?

Also, I just realized right now while editing the text of an already published ad that it lost all its accumulated favorites but kept its views! I don’t know what to think of it.

Quick question: do you use boosts? Window dressing?
When you post something new or repost an item, can you check that you appear in the news feed via another Vinted account?
I don’t know if Vinted can « punish » us when we don’t spend money to bring them money through boosts or other…

Same for me (also a pro seller), I understand better why my sales have dropped… I’m like invisible. I contacted them to confront them on this point and I was assured that my account was not shadowbanned… That everything was okay and that perhaps I simply needed to boost my ads. So I am in total incomprehension and I have no idea how to solve the problem, and besides, I don’t even know if it’s possible to solve it. It’s depressing! I’ve decided to stop listing for now, I clearly feel like I’m working in vain.
The question is: why do they make pro sellers invisible? What would be their interest? Push us to pay for boosts and showcase?
I don’t think it’s to force people to pay for showcase wardrobes, if you search a bit on the net, many are like me, subscribed to showcase wardrobes for months.
