Hello everyone, I would like to share a huge problem I’m having on Vinted, which is causing my sales to plummet…
I’ve been a professional seller on Vinted for 3 years, everything was going well, but for about 2-3 months now, sales have dropped, with far fewer favorites and offer messages.
Since the number of views has also decreased significantly, I decided to check if my listings were visible.
Using my partner’s account, I typed in the exact name of several products to search for them, and I never found my products… whether I sorted by relevance or newest…
Basically, it’s impossible to find my item.
I still managed to make some sales, so I asked the buyers how they found my product, and they replied through the homepage under: recommended for you…
So… I have of course sent a message to Vinted, and they replied with some generic text about a fix in progress for 3 weeks, but nothing has changed…
Has this happened to you? What is happening with my account, is it banned?
