Since the last update, I can no longer put items on « reserved » pending payment.
They therefore still appear for sale and as a result, some people are interested in these same items.
I am getting an error message « An error occurred, please try again later. »

For several months now, item reservation hasn’t been working very well, or at all… In these cases, I write in the title and description « Reserved for future buyer username ».
It’s a temporary solution

This problem occurred for me today. It’s impossible to reserve an item for a buyer. I tried on the iOS mobile app and on the computer, but the reservation option no longer appears at all. I tried logging out, logging back in, etc.
I don’t know if others have noticed this and are experiencing this problem?

Thank you for your reply. However, I do have a conversation with the potential buyer… the only thing I could do was indicate « reserved » in the title of my listing, but it is not blocked if another buyer decides to purchase the item at the displayed price…

No idea then! Maybe try contacting Vinted about it?
It sometimes happens that you can’t make a reservation without knowing why. But it can resolve itself if you wait a bit. It’s been a while since I had that problem, though.
@Lucile I thought about it but I’m a bit too lazy to potentially fight with the Vinted bot, with a 60% chance it won’t understand what I’m saying… so for now I’m leaving it and regularly checking if I can make a reservation again or not. But as of now, it’s still not available

It’s quite funny because I remember always seeing this booking button but never needing it. Today, I need it for the first time and it disappears, which is quite comical. For now, I still can’t make a reservation.
