Hello, I have been trying to buy a bag for several days and cannot complete my order. Every time I confirm my payment after entering the required information, a message appears saying « An error has occurred, please try again. » I do so, but nothing happens. I don’t understand. I have always been able to buy without problems. This is the first time I have been unable to complete my order.
I know it’s not a problem with my bank. I even had a colleague try with her card to make sure the problem was indeed with Vinted, and it is. Can you help me?

Late this afternoon, a case of this kind: « I can’t place an order. » But an hour later, someone else managed to, on the same item. (Go figure if it wasn’t the same buyer using two different accounts).
However, no more transactions for 24 hours.
Same here, I spent the weekend on it, impossible to buy, I thought it was my phone, but I tried to buy the item with my partner’s phone, account, and credit card and it was a FAILURE!!!
That’s when I understood that the problem came from Vinted.
How can I communicate with Vinted to find out what’s going on?

But it seems to work on PC or laptop by going through the Vinted page, not the app

Hello, yesterday too, a customer couldn’t complete her order. It was blocked at the payment stage. I reserved these items for her and she managed to place an order after 4 attempts. Vinted bugs are annoying!! Have a nice day!! Natacha

Indeed, it’s not a bank problem, having tried with a payment method, nor is it an update problem, everything is okay.
The problem comes from Vinted but doesn’t affect all customers as my colleague was able to order all weekend.
We have no way to contact Vinted to report the problem, it’s very inconvenient as I can no longer order anything.

And I solved the problem by going to the Play Store (I have an Android), and I updated the app and everything went back to normal![]()
