Hello, I’ve had a problem since yesterday on Vinted. I can’t buy anything. As soon as I press the buy button, I get an error message on my phone, and on PC it just spins indefinitely without ever letting me get to the payment method selection page or the pickup point selection.
I’ve asked many friends, and they have no issues; it really seems to be just me.
I even (on PC) asked my wife to send me the URL of the payment page, which I can’t access with my account, and copy-pasted it onto my web page, and it gave an error.
I suspect Vinted has blocked this feature for me because it seems really strange. I’ve never seen this in several years of using Vinted. What do you think?
Same for me since yesterday evening too. And it’s happening to a few people as well… the Vinted bots that always give irrelevant answers… I don’t know if it’s a block or not.
Of course, I even tried on a PC but it doesn’t work. Vinted’s technical support is useless because they tell me to change my payment method… except I can’t even access the payment methods page.
I saw on totalbug that others are in the same situation as you. (I consulted the site for an issue with obtaining a slip. Regarding my problem, no one seems to be reporting it) but concerning yours, indeed, several of you are in the same situation, apparently.
