I had the same situation last week. I was able to print the slip and send the package. And no problem, the package arrived. It was the package tracking that had trouble updating in real time, but otherwise everything went well.

I avoid it at all costs. All my contacts (professionals and big sellers) are fleeing buyers in Ireland. Nothing but shipping problems, wrong locker, wrong pickup point, 12 days of waiting without an update. It’s not optimal, let’s say…

Yes, it’s Mondial Relay.
The package will arrive at a center in the Paris region, and that’s where they will put another label with the buyer’s details.
No worries, I’ve sent packages to Ireland 2 or 3 times and everything went well.

The only negative point is that it seems the packages are grouped before being transferred to Ireland, which means a certain delay.
