Chronopost problem: not the same relay points for everyone

I haven’t been selling much lately, and surprise, surprise, even though I have Chronopost activated as a carrier, people can’t choose it (or they see one or two Chronopost drop-off points when they see 10 for other sellers).

I tested with a friend’s phone, first picture by going to my account to buy a single Chronopost drop-off point offered, or by going to another account, many more. (Tested with several sellers)

What’s going on again? I’m going to write to Vinted legal, but I suppose they’ll give an irrelevant answer to change things.

I have the same problem as a buyer since Friday. In my city (Lyon), there are no more Mondial Relay points available, the closest one is 9 km away. And the same for Chronopost, there is almost nothing left…

As a seller? It could be a subterfuge to prevent us from selling, or perhaps some accounts would be affected and others not.

This had already happened to me a few months ago. I didn’t realize it right away, but one day I thought it was strange that I wasn’t selling anything via Chronopost. I had unchecked and rechecked the shipping method, and that had resolved the situation.
