Problem with Vinted Go locker – QR code not scanned

Hello,

I made a mistake when dropping off a package in a Vinted Go locker: I put it in the locker without scanning the QR code.

The package is therefore inside the locker, but it was never registered in the system.

Neither Vinted nor the buyer can see the drop-off, and I have no official proof.

I plan to go back to the locker tomorrow morning to contact support via the « ? » button on the screen.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Can the locker be reopened remotely or the package retrieved?

Thanks in advance for your feedback :folded_hands:

Hello,
Welcome to the forum!

Yes, it seems to me that the locker can be reopened remotely, I read it somewhere.

I’ll go back to the locker tomorrow morning and will keep you updated on what support tells me.

Thanks again

So, what did it turn out to be??

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. I wanted to drop off a package to ship it. I scanned it but didn’t choose a size. As a locker was open, I put it inside and closed it. I can no longer retrieve it, I don’t know what to do. I tried to send a message by contacting Vinted Go, but when they ask me for the tracking number and I enter it (because it’s written on the shipping label), they say it doesn’t exist (probably because it wasn’t registered by the locker).

Help me :folded_hands:t2: I really want the package to arrive at the buyer’s…

Hi, this has happened to me before. I scanned the QR code from my phone screen and pretended I had sent it, and it worked.

Thank you very much, I will try that this morning :ok_hand:t2::sparkles:

Same here, I do that too and it works:+1: it’s systematic on foreign slips where there are 3 barcodes, towards Italy I think…

Thanks for the tip!
