Good evening - I’ve been trying to buy an item in Italy for several days and I’m being offered a whole series of pickup points but in neighboring departments and nothing in my department. I try every day but it’s always the same. I have a large number of Chronopost pickup points around my home but nothing is offered to me. It’s infuriating.
