SO THIS CONCERNS, AS MUCH AS CLEMZ. AS I DON’T WANT TO BE KICKED OFF VINTED, I WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION TO CLEMZ. SORRY BUT THIS SUCKS
The subject was brought up on the Facebook group and it really sucks… Many will unsubscribe. What is better? Sell more and risk having your account permanently blocked (clearly unimaginable when you are a professional and your income depends on this platform) or sell a little less, certainly, but with peace of mind? Personally, the choice is quickly made
Some people on the forum think that the drop in sales might be due to all these automations that are overloading the platform (mass reposts, etc.), which would explain the Vinted emails received in recent weeks saying « we are working on solving the problem, please be patient. »
Good evening. I have never received this kind of email. But it is clear that I have never sold as much since I subscribed to Clemz. Vinted continuously increases its prices for showcasing the wardrobe, which, for me, brought me fewer and fewer sales. Vinted is a victim of its success, more and more sellers and therefore the network is saturated, and therefore fewer sales. In addition, a lot, a lot of reselling from Aliexpress, Shein, counterfeiting. Vinted doesn’t even bother to clean up even when reported. ! On the other hand, I just unsubscribed from Clemz, it sucks too much
Hi everyone, I also read the terms and conditions and it also mentions this: « delete and re-add the same item several times or several items in bulk » so if I understand correctly, even republishing will be prohibited. I have some old items that I would like to highlight again, I will redo the photos, the descriptions and put them back before the 1st.
All of this already existed and I have never read anyone who had problems with re-publications, at worst duplicate listings and they delete them (it happens to me regularly because out of the mass I sometimes make mistakes in what I put for re-publication).
The prohibition of external software was also already present. As for purchasing bots, that is also understandable, it distorts the game and Vinted will lose out in the long run. If the great deals are monopolized by bot users, individuals will get tired of finding nothing. It’s a bit like professionals doing their shopping at flea markets before opening (during setup), many people turn away from it, no longer finding good deals.
There are more countries effectively, so more sellers indeed. But, there are not only sellers in these countries. there are also many buyers in these countries. I sell to Irish, Portuguese, German people, etc. Which was not the case before. Regarding dropshipping of Chinese products and counterfeiting, the consumer is starting to be informed. For dropshipping, it’s commerce so not illegal. Regarding counterfeiting, Vinted should act but I see less of it than a few months ago. People have been ripped off a lot. And they have also become informed. For the T&Cs, nothing has changed compared to the past.
Hello, since the new updates, do you continue to republish your articles? As before, without modification or with? I tested and the ads are published without modification, but they have no views and this since September 7th. Anyone else in the same situation? Thank you for your feedback.
the rules on re-publications were already present before, there is nothing new. In principle, it’s forbidden even manually. Even if it’s completely stupid (but we’re not far from it with them), for example, eBay does it automatically every 30 days.
the problem with views was a bug massively reported last weekend, even though Vinted apparently responded to those who sent them emails that everything was normal.
Otherwise, I’ve been re-publishing without any problem and even massively for a few days because between the holidays and the start of the school year, there was a bit of letting go, so I do several sessions a day to relaunch.
Hello, for my part I did not re-list on Monday, I preferred to wait to see how things evolved on Vinted and to gather information on various forums. From Tuesday, I resumed re-listing as usual, without modifying the ads. Result: it works as before. Some ads perform well, others have few views, and I made sales normally. No change observed on my end.
From my side, I republish massively almost daily but with slight image modification (just in case)
I choose to do it as often as possible during peak hours, which allows me to reach a maximum of buyers, with favorites to encourage subscriptions and offers…
This morning, as soon as I republished, 6 items were already sold, and this is often the case following republication.
And by the way, I have never had any issues with this approach.
I confirm: I republish at least 15 articles every day, up to 20/22, without modifying the photos and for now, no problem since the new Terms and Conditions.
From time to time, Vinted asks me to verify that I am not a robot by placing a puzzle piece in the correct place on the image…
On the other hand, I send messages to favorites myself without Clemz, so it’s a bit of a hassle in the morning when I have more than 20. Same for offers, I make them 48 hours after the message to favorites, so on busy days, I have to wait 1 hour after making 30…
