Vinted Message: Ban for multiple accounts (platform error)

Hello everyone
I received this message today on my Vinted account
I only have one Vinted account
What should I do?
Let it go or send a message to Vinted
How can I prove my good faith?
Have you already received this message?

above all, do not let it run. You can already ask them for the name of the accounts concerned.
For me, it turned out that it was my wife’s account that was being used on the same computer, so the same IP address, and they didn’t want to know anything.

Hello!
Indeed, it is important to ask what the other accounts are. Have you reused old photos on this dressing room?

I just received a response from Vinted.
They apologize, it was their mistake!!!
I am happy!!!

I had the same the first time. The second time they didn’t want to know anything (even though the same accounts were concerned)

Yes, the answers vary depending on the customer support representative…

I also wanted to create a personal account in addition to the professional account (which is normally allowed and clearly indicated in their terms and conditions), but no: inconsistent message and no response; I preferred not to take any risks and closed it. These inconsistencies and incoherences from Vinted are really…
