Create new accounts after blocking

Hello,

My professional account is blocked, so I bought 3 new phones with 3 SIM cards.

I posted between 30 and 40 items per account in 4 days.

After 4 days:

1 Account restricted for 5 days, with 31 items, only shirts.

A few hours later, the restricted account evolved into a commercial sales block, I did nothing else other than file an appeal.

1 Account with 40 items in 4 days:

2 sales then blocked for counterfeiting, but no message about targeted and specific counterfeit items, only this message without receiving specific messages about which items are counterfeit.

The 3rd account is still not blocked with 37 jeans posted in 4 days.

So I filed appeals, but as usual, Vinted takes days and days to respond.

I recovered my old phone, new SIM card.

I created a 4th account, after putting a logo and a bio, I received this message:

So I posted only 1 item on this new account and I will post very slowly.

My goal is to be able to repost my stock of 1500 items by distributing them across 4 private accounts since my professional account is blocked.

If I don’t manage to unblock the 2 blocked accounts, I will reset the phones to factory settings, get a new SIM card and start over.

At the time, I was able to easily generate €2900 in 1 month with a private account.

Now, even by posting barely 10 items per day, Vinted’s robot blocks the accounts.

On the first account, what was your posting rhythm?

About ten maximum per day

31 articles in 4 days

Hello,

That’s a very interesting share, thank you.

Did you retake photos for your new accounts?

You need to find the right posting rhythm to get out of the bot’s red zone and have some peace…

Yes, I have to redo all 1500 of my articles, except that everyone says you have to create niche accounts, but the bot doesn’t seem to like articles in the same category, so you have to mix categories and not create niche accounts.

I still have the impression that they are becoming hyper annoying about clothes.
I relaunched a personal account where I destock everything that is problematic for professional use (damaged boxes for example, but specifying it clearly on the ad), and I haven’t been bothered so far but in a different sector. On the other hand, I don’t post more than 10 ads per day, I don’t list anything new, when it’s sold I wait for the sale to be finalized before re-publishing if I have several copies …………

With the exact same photos as on your blocked pro account?

I think if you want to pass for a regular user account, you need several articles from different categories and of roughly similar sizes; at least at the beginning

The same articles but I reused the photos, I did not receive any notification regarding duplicates or existing photos

And you are still not discreet about your activities. You are putting a fluorescent target on your own back…

Perhaps it still plays a role in how they flag accounts they consider risky

Hello,

Silly question but reassure me, you don’t use the same network with the different phones? Wi-Fi for example?

Each account has its SIM card and its own network, and one account per phone.

MMmmm Ok.

A few days ago, I tested the V-Tools automatic purchasing bot. On Discord, the more experienced users recommended creating specific accounts to buy in quantity without risking a ban on your main account or a « valuable » account.
And above all (this is the part that might interest you), they mentioned the need to « warm up » the accounts for a few days, otherwise you risk an immediate ban.
In this case, the idea was to buy manually first before launching the bot. And to launch it gradually.
So maybe in your case, it would be safer to start selling slowly before really relaunching your business…

Then you were talking about « niche » accounts.
Personally, I only sell suits, or almost. That has never been a problem.

Completely agree on the idea of warming up an account, but posting 31 listings in 4 days, any individual who has just signed up on Vinted can do that.

Their goal is to eradicate counterfeits and others.

However, I pay URSSAF on each sale and I source from flea markets while checking authenticity.

It is impossible to see long-term with this application.

Not even dedicated customer service for professionals.

Vinted says the same for items in the same category

Indeed. To be honest, I buy everything on Vinted and resell it on Vinted.
So I don’t know how their controls work, but I keep their business going.

Vinted is second-hand. I suppose with these limitations, they can get rid of those who sell 500 « vintage » sweaters made in China for €3 or those who do dropshipping or just resell Temu products.

it’s impossible to do dropshipping since we are forced to go through their shipping slips (and therefore impossible to have the supplier send it).

yes, absolutely. Like when you sell new items, first start by listing hundreds of used items and then you can proceed smoothly. I think it must play on the cookies which, if they give us a clean « identity card » at the start, then the bot considers us as clean too.

Update my 3rd account which had nothing, an item was deleted, Adidas sweatshirt with all labels size wash material date qrcode which is obviously authentic

Vinted is becoming impossible
