Hello,
I started re-uploading items and noticed that clemz was re-uploading them quickly (I set it to 60 seconds and 15 items re-uploaded in 5 mins… which isn’t normal, this is the first time it’s happened to me).
It got stuck on a Promod clothing item and I received this message « Account blocked ».
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to block accounts if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, including:
Creating multiple accounts is forbidden. If you create new accounts, we will be obliged to block them.
Please note that we cannot refund paid services, such as Boosts, in the event of a blocked account.

Is anyone else affected? No possibility to contact them at the bottom of the message…
Hello
This is indeed a real question, apps that automate and software that use the token contained in Vinted’s cookies have a usage that contravenes Vinted’s rules, and blocked accounts are frequent.
Apparently, it is possible to bypass this, as these same software offer to manage multiple Vinted accounts (which is normally not possible), and there is sometimes even a section for banned accounts.
For these reasons, I do not automate and do not grant access via token to my account, but this makes using Vinted manual and therefore much more tedious.
Curious to read the feedback from other sellers, I am not an expert, so it’s possible there are other solutions.

Hello!
Unfortunately, this can happen during a re-upload if Vinted, which checks all published items, considers one of the items you have listed to be prohibited by the catalogue or a counterfeit.
It is not necessarily the Promod item that is concerned. It could be one of the previous items.
You would need to contact them to understand which item is causing the block by Vinted.
Have you already had any warnings / temporary bans / restrictions beforehand? Generally, Vinted does not ban on the first « offense »

Hello Clement
I only included clothes from common brands (Promod, Pimkie, …)
Never had a ban or warning before!
So it’s incomprehensible! To be continued …
Hello
Yes, I had unfortunately seen these 2 « cases » but would not have thought it would happen to me… it’s done for the emails, but when I see how some on the forum struggled for nothing in the end, it’s frankly disheartening!
