My listings have disappeared from my profile

Hello,

I no longer have any listings visible on my profile, I don’t know why everything has disappeared.

However, they are still visible to others because someone bought a book from me, but I cannot access their request as I have nothing displayed on my profile. I was able to see the purchase via an email received on Gmail. I don’t know what to do, has this happened to anyone before?

No. I tried, via email, to access the discussion but it says the article or contact doesn’t exist, I don’t remember which.

And I don’t see anywhere how to contact Vinted!

I don’t understand anything.

If you had a sale, your dressing room is necessarily visible to others.
Try clearing your cookies and reconnecting :slight_smile:

That’s exactly what I don’t understand, apparently my ads are visible to others but they no longer appear on my profile, and if I click on the link received in my Gmail to go to the sales discussion, it gives me access denied!

I don’t know why everything was deleted.

I installed Vinted on my tablet and logged into my account, thinking it might be my phone, but it’s the same.

I had resigned myself to it, thinking oh well, I had written off selling things on Vinted because I thought everything must have disappeared, but no, since they are visible to others​:thinking:…
