Disputes over blocked account

Hello

Since my account is blocked, I’ve been avoiding returning purchases. Except that I did refuse one. And the person scanned it as received instead of refused! Mondial Relay is sending me back to Vinted. I can’t open a dispute related to the reception because my account is blocked. I tried to send an email to legal@vinted.fr but the messages are coming back to me. Maybe my email is banned too? How can I contact them? I have the parcel tracking showing it’s being sent back to the sender.
