Hello, I bought a pair of overalls size 40 a few weeks ago.
I received the said overalls very late already, but we’ll let that go. The overalls have a label indicating a size 38 and obviously I can’t fit into them…
I contacted the seller with photos. She quibbled, telling me that she could fit into them… okay, but I can’t!
She asked me to send the overalls back to her. I paid for shipping again and did as she asked. The seller is in Spain. It took a while, but it arrived at a pickup point.
The seller did not collect the package. I thought she was doing this to make me wait a bit. I sent her two messages like « your package is waiting for you at the pickup point »… polite, courteous.
And then tonight I noticed that the package is being sent back to me because it wasn’t collected…
I contacted Vinted, who asked me to contact the seller to find a solution and request a refund.
I did as they asked again, but the seller is ignoring me…
Vinted asked me to wait two days and they would contact me again… do you think I will be refunded? If so, when?

Should I go and collect this return when it arrives?
Should I do anything else, take any other precautions?
Thank you for your advice as this is the first time I have returned an item and this has happened to me, I am completely lost.
