Unable to withdraw money from wallet

Hello,

Since 12/31/2024, I have been unable to withdraw my wallet… I have contacted support 5, 6, 7, even 10 times, and each time I am told it is being reviewed…

However, it has already been 9 days and still nothing… After insisting, I am told that it is the same for many people. Yes, but we are talking about significant sums blocked for no reason and radio silence from support… I was counting on the money for financial problems and I find myself in trouble because of Vinted not paying me what I am owed.

Are there others in this situation? What can I do?

personally: no dispute open? have you validated your account / payment method / bank details?
no other solution than to wait if everything is okay.
