Unable to retrieve my wallet

It’s been ten days since I’ve been communicating with Vinted, and I can’t access my account or recover my wallet. I can go to my user page where I still have 42 items for sale visible, but I can’t log in. Since this afternoon, Vinted has been telling me that my problem is resolved and my case is closed. What can I do, I’m not being heard, thank you, sincerely.

Did you try by email? or directly on the Vinted messaging?

To stay on topic, I notice that Vinted is taking longer to transfer money from pending to available. Normally, it’s transferred as soon as the sale is finalized, but not for a while now.
It’s already very long normally, between 3 to 5 weeks from the day of the sale. This adds another 3 to 4 days, which I’ve noticed.

How annoying! For my part, it’s always immediate upon closing the sale, hoping it stays that way.
