Feature: Automatic Exclusion of Clemz Subscribers When Sending Messages to Vinted Favorites
Context:
On Clemz, users can send messages to people who have favorited their items on Vinted. The idea is to automatically exclude Clemz subscribers (mostly sellers) to save message quotas and better target potential buyers.
Specifications:
A new checkbox « Do not send messages to Clemz subscribers » will be added when preparing to send.
If checked, Clemz subscribers, often sellers, are automatically excluded to focus sending on potential buyers.
Exclusion is handled automatically, without manual user intervention.
The already existing field for manually entering the usernames of certain users to exclude will remain. It can be used in addition to this new checkbox.
If the new checkbox is left unchecked, sending will go to all favorites, with manual exclusion by username if necessary.
Benefits:
Message Quota Savings: Fewer messages sent to seller profiles, which preserves the quota.
Improved Targeting: Prioritization of potential buyers.
Reduced Spam Risk: Fewer repetitive messages, thus less risk of being detected by Vinted.
The addition of this new checkbox complements existing tools, offering more efficient and flexible targeting.
@Clement, for the moment, I don’t have this package but I find the suggestion for improvement interesting.
It would also be desirable to be able to choose the delay between favoriting and sending the message; I didn’t get the package because of the too-fast, too-« I’m all over you » sending!
Hello!
I disagree on one point: not all Clemz subscribers are ONLY sellers, there are also buyers.
If a « Clemz subscriber » favorites an item, it’s because they are really interested, unless it’s a boost session via the forum, for example, but that’s outside of Clemz’s automated exchange.
I understand the request, but does it meet a real need ? Have you ever had a moment where you targeted Clemz subscribers with your automatic messages?
It should be known that favorite exchanges via Clemz do not result in an automatic message: it is already built that way. So I doubt that we send many messages to Clemz subscribers in the current state
it would be a good idea, and even a big list with people who have clemz (for all clemz users) + the ability to add users (if for example we are in a boost group)
I say this because just this morning, I had 2 private messages from a seller offering me a discount, except I just favorited them (we are in the same boost group) and nothing more.
