Hello, I’m still behind when it comes to IT, I’ve hardly ever used the MESSAGES AUX FAVORIS (Messages to Favorites) function. The rare times I did, it was a « dud » (unlike this function on another sales platform). Can you confirm that I can send messages to the Vinties who have favorited my items and whose favorites appear in my notifications? These are real favorites and not the favorites that come from Clemz’s boost? Thank you for your help. Happy selling everyone.
The 2 if you make exchanges between vintes via clemz, to avoid sending an auto message you have to add their username in « exclus »

Not quite - > If you use Clemz’s automatic favorite exchange, you will not receive any notifications of these favorites. Clemz will therefore not send a message.
However, indeed, if you make exchanges manually, via boost sessions with other vinties, you must in this case put the usernames in the « exclusions » to avoid sending messages to these people.
