Dressing empty on lot creation?

Since last Sunday, several sellers have reported that they are unable to create bundles. Their « dressing » appears empty when they select the « create a bundle » tab, even though they can see my items and my « dressing » before attempting to create a bundle.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I should mention that I am a professional seller, and I was restricted for 5 days last week. I put my account on vacation for the duration of the ban. The problem occurred immediately on the day I was unbanned / returned from vacation, and I’ve been notified about it daily. However, I can still create bundles without issues for other people.

I’m not an expert, but perhaps a line of inquiry: are the people who cannot purchase lots all from the same country? and vice versa for the lot purchasers?

If you wish, I can do a test by going to your dressing room and trying to create a Lot?

Not a country issue a priori, they are French buyers and I’ve sold batches in France without issues. Well, I’ll keep fumbling around if I’m the only one who noticed this issue :smiley:

The exact same thing happened to me 2 days ago. A user reported that she couldn’t see anything in my closet when creating a bundle, even though I had made other bundle sales the same day. She was a French user, we couldn’t solve the problem, and I lost the sale. I don’t know if others have had the same issue with my closet; she’s the only one who reported it to me.

@dwyn2576 @Eno In that case, my best advice: Contact Vinted (even if I know it’s not easy.)
But if no one reports the issue, the platform might not even be aware of the problem. :sweat_smile:

Bug, arbitrary decision by their bot, no message from Vinted, just a clean cut of the option. For your information, I no longer have access to the settings for bundle discounts.

I would add that I updated the app two days ago, could that be the reason?

I have notified Vinted by email from my side. No response for now. And no bundle sales for 3 days. And every day Vinties contact me to tell me they can’t create a bundle in my closet…

Correction to my message: this makes no sense. Two Vinties told me in the evening that they couldn’t create bundles. I sold a bundle a few minutes ago, so I contacted them again, and nothing had changed for them; it was still a blank page when trying to create the bundle.

It therefore seems that some buyers can create bundles on my account, and others cannot. I don’t understand anything at all.

This is certainly due to the browser settings of some users (if they are using a PC), some extensions are also linked to problems (like AdBlock).
For the App, I saw that it was bugging on my end too… The app closes directly when I create Lots (on several randomly chosen wardrobes)

Same problem here, Pro account. So basically it’s Vinted that’s malfunctioning right now, there’s nothing we can do
