Double dressing Vinted: I'm stuck transferring my wallet

Hello!

For some reason, I have ended up with two Vinted accounts:

  • My first one, which I’ve had for several years. I use the Facebook app to log into this one.

The second one, which was created a few weeks ago. I use Apple Face ID to log into it.

I made a sale with the second account. But I cannot « validate » the account because my phone number is already in use for the first account…

So I have €105 blocked in my second account because I cannot transfer the money as my account is not « verified ».

How can I unblock the money? I would also like to keep only one account (the first one, of course).

Hello Thibault,
An idea that might possibly work: Do you have the possibility to change your details on the 1st? by putting the details of a family member who doesn’t have a Vinted account.
Then, take the time to put your information on the 2nd to retrieve the money, then close it to only use the 1st wardrobe… No certainty of feasibility but it’s a lead :slightly_smiling_face:
