Good evening, there is no need for a code to deposit in a locker as you just need to scan the barcode. However, you do need a code received by email and/or SMS to retrieve!
Hello, I have a question please, I no longer see my usual Mondial Relay point. I wanted to make a purchase and it directed me 30 km from my home, whereas on Wednesday I was able to collect packages near my home as usual. I fiddled with the account settings, shipping, but nothing worked.

Hello, maybe the local pickup point is overloaded and not accepting new packages. Iâve experienced this before.
Hello, thank you for your reply. It would seem Iâm blocked from receiving and not from sending. Just yesterday, I dropped off packages and asked about it. They couldnât really give me an answer⌠so now I can sell but can no longer buy. Iâve contacted Mondial Relay, and theyâre directing me to Vinted. According to them, my Mondial Relay account listed on the app shows no issues⌠Now Iâm waiting for a response to my email sent to Vinted⌠To be continued. Have a nice day 
Theyâre shooting themselves in the foot with this short-term vision that could impact a loss of revenue. Lockers are really not popular, and rightly so: saturation, boxes not adapted to formats (deformed packages), uncertainty about the number of available lockers which can lead to multiple trips and for some, a good number of kilometers to travel for a random result, etc., etc⌠the list of disadvantages of this method is long 
⌠that said, I live in a large urban area and 2 businesses in the neighborhood have removed these famous lockers. Has Vinted been touched by grace in deciding to make its usersâ lives easier?

Personally, I much prefer lockers. They have better operating hours. Iâm happy to do without human interaction: no more guys asking for âš proof of ID âş when I pick up a package, and itâs easy to pick up a package for a friend. For shipping, I have better control over the very first handling step (thatâs already something).

I agree with @Faune as a buyer. I much prefer Lockers to Relais points.
2 or 3 significant advantages:
- No need to wait for opening hours or rush before closing time at the Relais point; you can go whenever you want or can.
- No queues (especially when the Relais point prefers to take its time with its customers rather than quickly scanning your package).
- Fast shipping (no queues either).
- You can park right in front (which is convenient when you have multiple packages).
- You can even ship on Sundays and public holidays.
Personally, I must have been lucky, but I only encountered ÂŤ The Full Âť problem once.
Personally, I really like the lockers for the same reasons that Faune mentioned, but when I have big days and have to send dozens of packages, I clearly prefer to go to a relay point.
For me, itâs the customer service at Leclerc, which is 3 minutes from my place. They know me and let me go ahead of the queue with their scanner. Itâs fast, efficient, and I can move on to other tasks.
Besides, I have a locker just next to my home and one across from my work, which makes my life easier and doesnât add any cost because I optimize my shipments with my work schedule.
Iâve never had a situation where the locker was full.
And to get back to the topic, Iâve never had this situation where I wasnât offered a Mondial Relay drop-off point.
