Hello, Since their message following a ban only allows validating « okay », last time I had to send an email to legal@vinted.fr (vinted@vinted.fr).
The service replied quite quickly and even though I provided my username, it wasn’t enough to identify me. Oh well, I’m giving up (they sent me two reminders).
However, today, another surprising 24-hour ban. I looked for another way to declare my disagreement via a link left on the forum by Lucile but, no, it still leads to an email. So, how can I do it without sending an email?
The link provided last time allows you to click on a button at the bottom of the « contact us » page and send your message, without going through an email client.
It works, I had to do it a week ago
Alas, this link isn’t very useful since every time they reply « Hello. I understand that this decision may be concerning. If you wish to contest it, you can do so directly from the Vinted message by clicking on the link provided for this purpose.
You have 6 months to send your appeal, and only one appeal is possible for each decision.
I hope this process can help you do what is necessary.
Have a nice day! »
And other variations in the same style, even though this solution doesn’t exist on their restriction message…
I haven’t received this response from my end. They’re giving me copy-pasted answers, that’s for sure, but rather repeating the reason for the restriction.
Oh really? I always get this kind of message telling me to go through the restriction message, to « follow the link », but the link doesn’t exist every time. And I get this on my various accounts.
