I sent an email with several documents, even photos, and there was an automatic response, but the problem remains unresolved. Furthermore, I often notice VINTED server bugs. Best regards.

I had a case (but a definitive block) without real reason, I sent emails every 3 days, made requests from the application, also warned SignalConso, a 3-week block but it eventually got unblocked.
Nothing is logical with them… you have to fight for it!
Hello, thank you for your reply, yes there is no logic, it is the LITHUANIAN mentality that wants this, no respect, a total lack of professionalism.
It’s not a question of « race » but indeed of mindset wanting to use only Bots rather than humans…
Why?
Just to make more profit…
Tell yourselves that the problems are far from over… and I’m not just talking about Vinted…
The abusive use of Bots, of AI, as you wish, will only have a negative effect on work… and worse on daily life!
This is just the beginning…
I admit, I use them too… the proof is that I use Clemz and other apps, extensions, software etc… to improve my activities or reduce my work time… but a choice will have to be made at some point… 
Fortunately, I only have a few years left… (phew)
PERFECT! I won’t say more, however I don’t use bots as they are not part of the Vinted rules!
