Hello everyone, this is my first message on the forum as well as my first scare since I started my activity almost a year ago. I just received this a moment ago. I don’t think I did anything wrong. I’ve been a professional since the start of my activity. I sell genuine items, obviously (I prefer to specify). I simply use Clemz as a bot and I don’t use any other bots. I send messages to my favorites every day, otherwise no other strange activity. Do you know what this means? Is it serious? Is there a way to avoid getting banned like this for no reason?
This isn’t much, certainly a few kind reports.
And it’s « just » an account restriction. You can sell but not buy or send messages. Normally it’s removed quickly. The only problem is, visibility is often shot for a few days afterward.
Thank you for your response, which is strange because I can still send messages to users but cannot make an offer to a client, for example. This is the first time it has happened to me, I admit I’m a little scared.
Don’t look for it, this is it! My account was restricted for several weeks because of this. Zero visibility, almost no sales… Mentioning Paypal on Vinted is like mentioning Voldemort in HP
My account had been « restricted, » not blocked like yours. But I find it even sneakier because, as a result, I didn’t know at all why I wasn’t selling anymore for almost 2 months… Then I discussed it with someone here and understood my mistake… I deleted the message that contained the word PayPal, removed the links to my professional Instagram account (that’s also forbidden, apparently), I sent a few emails to legalvinted and by mid-August everything was back to normal! I hope you won’t struggle as much as I did
Just for your information, I was unbanned after a 10-hour ban, so I think, and I’m crossing my fingers for you, that you will be unbanned very quickly!
Yes, I had contacted them directly on the app and I sent an email to: legal@vinted.fr so they would look into it more quickly, but they replied to me by email the next day. Simply submit an appeal via the app, that’s enough.
